Order Processing:

Direct Sports makes every attempt to process orders for in-stock merchandise the same day they are received.  Orders for in-stock merchandise received during the weekend (after the Friday cut-off time) will ship on the following Monday.  Order processing times vary for merchandise that is shipped directly from our vendors (Merchandise labeled as: Dropship item - ships from manufacturer).

Orders may be delayed if we experience any issues processing your credit card information.  Please make certain that you provide your correct Account Name, Billing Address, Card Type, Account Number, and Security Code.

UPS Next Day Saturday Air:

International shipments are generally subject to local import duties and taxes.  We are not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice regarding any customs related fees that you may incur.  For specific information, please consult with your local government import office.

Return Policy:

We want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return an item within 30 days from the original date of purchase.  Items that are being returned must be in new and unused condition.  Additionally, all original boxes, bags, packaging and literature must be in new condition and included with the returned product.  Please make sure the items you wish to return meet these criteria prior to proceeding.  Items returned outside of the 30 day purchase period will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.  Refused packages will be charged a 10% restocking fee.  Shipping charges will be non-refundable.

Bat Returns:

Bats that are new, unused and in the plastic wrapper may be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.  New bats that have been removed from the plastic wrapper are subject to a return fee not to exceed 25% of the purchase price.  New, undamaged bats returned in the plastic with obvious ball marks will be considered "out of the plastic" and subject to a return fee not to exceed 25% of the purchase price.  Any marks, scratches or other imperfections resulting from the use, transport or storage of the bat while in the possession of the customer (in or out of the plastic) will result in the bat being considered "used" and will not be eligible for a refund.  All defective bats must be returned to the manufacturer.

Policies regarding price matching:

• We must confirm the competitor is an authorized dealer of the product in question, and confirm the item is identical to the item sold at Direct Sports.   The product has to be genuine, authentic and available from the manufacturer. 

• Price match must occur at the time of the purchase.
   
• Item must be In-stock and not on backorder at either Direct Sports or the competitor.

• Competitor prices must be advertised in the U.S.
   
• Price guarantee cannot be combined with competitor promotion codes, e-coupons, or discounts.  
   
• Auction sites such as eBay as well as marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, etc. may be excluded from the price match.
   
• Items must be new and not used.
   
• Not valid on competitor misprint or other typographical errors.

• Price match may be denied if price is below Direct Sports original item cost or the replacement cost.

• Direct Sports reserves the right to decline the price guarantee at any time.
